Soler & Palau, Ltda.

In 1946 Elma Ltda was created, specialising in electrical devices and machinery, with its headquarters in Rua Sá da Bandeira, Porto.

In 1958, Sociedad de Electricistas Reunidos Ltda was created to carry out works in the electrical installations arena, and later acquired Elma Ltda.

In 1989 Soler & Palau acquired Elma Ltda.

Since 2015 Soler & Palau Ltda owns premises used as the central headquarters, logistics centre and technical office in Porto 1,500 m² and a sales branch in Lisbon with its logistics centre and technical office totalling 1,500 m².
