Soler & Palau GmbH

In 1990, Soler & Palau S.A purchased the assets of a small company called Bulow and founded SOLER & PALAU GmbH in Darmstadt.

In 1993, the company moved to Pfungstadt, where it had space for offices and storerooms.

In 1998, the company’s logistics needs made it necessary to further expand and the company moved back to Darmstadt, to its current headquarters at Bunsenstrasse 19, in a 1,300 m² building.

In 2006, the company expanded that location to its current 2,600 m².

Pluggit GmbH

Pluggit was created in 1993 and is a pioneer in heat recovery ventilation systems for residential use. The name Pluggit comes from the products ease of assembly for the different elements that make up their ventilation system.

The company is located in Munich.

It was acquired by Soler & Palau in October 2013.
