UNELVENT

Prior to Spain joining what was then the Common Market, in late 1976 work began to build a plant in southern France, to help bring S&P products to that market and the other countries in the Common Market.

In 1979 UNELVENT was established in Thuir, and since 2016 has more than 10,000 m² of storage and office space.

In December 2000 Soler & Palau acquired the century-old  company VIM S.A. The addition of this company Group, confirmed  by its later spectacular development, was without doubt one of the most important strategic moves in the Group history.

VIM

Founded in 1916 as Ventilation Industrielle et Minière, VIM is one of the oldest manufacturers in the French climate-control sector. In 2000 Vim joined the Soler & Palau group, and now has a modern manufacturing and logistics plant in Soudan and two regional offices in Massy and Chassieu.
