ELEKTRODESIGN Ventilátory Spol. S.R.O. was established in 1992.

In 1995, the company opened an office in Pilsen- West Bohemia.

In 1996, in Písek- South Bohemia

In 1997, in Brno – South Moravia

In 1998, in Olomouc- North Moravia

In 2002, the central headquarters and storeroom was established in Branýs n.L. Stará Boleslav.

In 2004, the Slovakian subsidiary Elektrodesign Ventilátory SK was established.

The company was acquired by Soler & Palau in 2012.
