RenewAire was founded in 1978 in Madison (Wisconsin, USA), focusing on using renewable energy in the home to reduce the environmental impact.
In 1983, RenewAire began to manufacture its own line of energy recovery ventilation products.
In May 2010, Soler & Palau, S.A. acquired a majority stake in RenewAire.
The RenewAire production plant is LEED certified (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design).

Stanley Corporation Industrial was founded on East 9th Street, Jacksonville (Florida, USA) in 1974.
In 1992, Stanley Corporation Industrial acquired and moved Essick Air (Arkansas, USA) to Jacksonville.
That same year, the company also moved to a bigger building at 6393 Powers Avenue, Jacksonville.
In January 1993, Stanley Corporation Industrial changed its name to Breidert Air Products Inc.
In 1995, Breidert Air Products Inc. purchased the brand Jennco Fans, a benchmark in the restaurant sector, with the aim of expanding into this sector of the market.
On 29 December 2004, Soler & Palau acquired Breidert Air Products.
The Soler & Palau USA Inc. laboratories are AMCA and UL certified.
