KRUGER Asia Holding

Kruger Asia Holding Pte Ltd. was created in Singapore in 1997.

This also marked the beginning of Kruger’s expansion in the area, establishing industrial plants in several countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

In 2003, Soler & Palau, S.A. began the process to purchase Kruger Asia Holding by acquiring a 25% stake in the group.

In 2007, Soler & Palau S.A. acquired an additional 25% stake in the group and in 2009, the remaining 50%.

As of 2015, the holding company is based at No. 17, Tuas Avenue Singapore 639141 and is made up of 17 business units, 11 of which are production and research centres and 6, commercial offices. All together these have a total of 304,000 m² of land on which 180,000 m² of production facilities have been or are in the process of being built.

KRUGER Engineering

Kruger Engineering was created in 1998 to market Kruger products in Singapore.

The company’s headquarters is located in the same place as that of Kruger Asia Holding Industries, at No. 17, Tuas Avenue Singapore 639141.
