Guangzhou Kruger Ventilation

Kruger created a subsidiary in Guangzhou on 3 November 2004.

That same year, the company acquired 14,000 m² of land in the Huadu district.

The Guangzhou subsidiary is currently located at N. 9 Huahui Road, Huashan, Huadu, Guangzhou, P.R. China in a 16,400 m² building, with 13,600 m² for production and 2,800 m² for offices and support departments.

Kruger Ventilation (Hong Kong)

Kruger Hong Kong Ltd. was created on 4 August 1999. The Hong Kong subsidiary is currently located in an office building at Flat C, 9/F, Yeung Yiu Chung (No. 8) Industrial Building, 20 Wang Hoi Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong with 318 m² for sales staff.

Shangai Kruger Fan Ventilation

On 22 June 2002, Shangai Kruger Fan was established to manufacture fans under the Kruger brand for its area of influence.

Shangai Soler & Palau

Shangai Soler & Palau was established in 2007 to manufacture external rotor motors.

The company has 4,000 m² of space for production and laboratories at No. 500 Yuanguo Road, Anting Auto Town, Jiading District, Shanghai 201814, P.R. China.

Wujan Kruger Ventilation

Wuhan Kruger was founded on 5 October 1997 in Wuhan.

On 1 June 2006, Wuhan Ventilation was founded as one of the Group’s production centres. That same year, 12,000 m² of land was acquired in Dong Xi Hu and construction began on a new factory.

As of 2015, the company has a 13,000 m² building with several floors, 9,700 m² of which is for manufacturing and 3,300 m² for offices and other support services. It is located at No. 805, Huian Avenue, Dongxihu District, Wuhan, Hubei, P.R. China 430000.
