Soler & Palau, S.R.L.

In January 2006, SPV-Solutii si Produse de Ventilatie SRL, an electrical materials distributor located at Soseaua Pipera 59 in Bucharest (Romania), reached an agreement with Soler & Palau, S.A. to become the sole distributor of its products in Romania.

In 2007, in order to ensure and consolidate the sales of S&P products in the Romanian market, Soler & Palau Ventilation Group acquired the company and it became Soler & Palau, S.R.L.
