SOLER & PALAU B.V. was founded on 11 December 1991 at Nikkelstraat 41, Breda, NL.

On 20 July 2001, the company moved to Zinkstraat 18, also in Breda, where it currently has a 1,250 m² warehouse with room for approximately 2,000 pallets and 240 m² of offices.
