S&P Baltic

On 15 June 1992, AEE SIA was founded in Latvia as an energy efficiency management consultancy. In December 2003, Soler & Palau acquired 100% of the shares in AEE SIA.

On 25 February 2004, the company changed its name from AEE to S&P Baltic SIA. That same year it began construction on its new headquarters.

In 2005, the company inaugurated a 1,645 m² building with offices and a logistics centre at Pildas 22 in Riga (Latvia).

In 2011, the company leased 450 m² premises in Vilnius (Lithuania) for offices and a storeroom. It now also has a branch in Tallinn (Estonia).
