Soler & Palau, SPA

Elemat Italia SrL was created in 1993 in Arconate, Milan, focusing on marketing products manufactured by Ventiladores Chaysol in Italy and manufacturing industrial fans.

In 1998, the Soler & Palau Group acquired Elemat and changed the name to Soler & Palau, SPA.

In 2007, the company acquired Vipek, which manufactures middle and high-pressure industrial fans, which complemented the existing range at that time. These products are fully integrated into the Soler & Palau Ventilation Group, thus complementing its offering in the industrial arena.

In 2009, the company began building new facilities with approximately 3,700 m² on 12,000 m² of land at Via de Agostini 44 in Cuggiono, Milan.

Ferrari Ventilatori Industriali SpA

The company was founded in 1963 in Arzignano (Vizenza), specialising in manufacturing industrial fans.

In 2016, Soler & Palau acquired all of the company.

As of 2016, the company has a total of 30,000 m² of manufacturing space.
