EnviroVent, Ltd.

In 1987, the company, Yorkshire Condensation Solutions, was set up in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. It later changed its name to Farmer Controls Ltd.

What drove the company from the very beginning is still important to this day; providing solutions to condensation problems inside homes and other premises.

In 1995, the company was acquired by Nuaire, and in 1998 became an independent company again, under the name EnviroVent.

One of the company’s greatest milestones was manufacturing and patenting the Filterless extractor, which is highly energy efficient, helping to boost its image in the market as a company that provides solutions to condensation, dampness and mould problems in homes and commercial premises, with energy-saving solutions.

In 2007, Soler & Palau Ventilation Group acquired EnviroVent Ltd.

Soler & Palau, Ltd.

Soler & Palau moved into the English market in 1985, creating Soler & Palau Ltd, with a 1,500 m² building for storage and offices in Ipswich, Suffolk.

In 2006, the company moved into a new 3,000 m² building, with logistics centre and offices on Wentworth Road, Ransomes Europark, Ipswich, Suffolk.

As part of this operation, the company also acquired 2,500 m² of additional land for future expansion.
